If you are referring to the theme panel, unfortunately this have no option for translate, sorry!

I understand that there is no Italian translation for Newspaper theme; unfortunately I need to translate it for my site.
Can you help me by listing the files I need to create (o modify) to translate the theme in Italian? Can I do the job with a text editor o I need some specific software?

If you still want to translate the theme panel, then you’ll need to do it manually, in theme core; you can find the theme panel files in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel -> http://prntscr.com/pbl91y but please notice that when you’ll make a theme update the changes that you’ve made will be lost.
