I will note that on our feature list.
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add new social icons. You should implement it yourself because we cannot provide additional customizations, sorry! I can see LINE icon in POST SETTING of theme panel.
But it does not work.

If you want to have it on all device please add this custom css in Newspaper>Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
