I’m trying to configure this plugin: https://thrivethemes.com/comments/
Pls check message below
Hello Fabio,
Thank you for getting back to us, and for taking the time to create a backup of your website.
Based on my investigation, it seems that the issue was caused by your Newsmag Child theme.
As soon as I temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default one – Twenty Twenty, you can see from the screenshot below that the Thrive Comments is now working as expected.
See: http://prntscr.com/xzyrb6
Then, once the said theme is active again, the Thrive Comments was overridden by the WordPress default comment system again: https://prnt.sc/xzyuvg
To explain it a bit further, all of our products – plugins and themes, are written according to the WordPress codex standards. That being said, it should work properly with other third-party products, as long as they are written according to the WordPress codex standards too.
With this, could you please kindly reach out to the developers of your Newsmag Child theme and ask them to take a look at this issue as well? Since they are more familiar with how their theme works.
Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with from our side, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Best regards,
Jona

Hi fabioweb90,
Please notice that Thrive Comment plugin was not tested with our theme, therefore we do not know if this will work or not with our theme. Also all plugin are teste only with default WordPress themes. What I suggest to try is to make a test using the main theme to see if the plugin is working with the theme or not. If is working then I can help you, but if is not working I do not know what steps need to be made to make it to work.
Thank you for your understating!
OK thanks with default wordpress theme works correctly http://amp.calcioinpillole.com/lantitrust-contro-9-club-di-serie-a-clausole-vessatorie-nellacquisto-di-abbonamenti-e-biglietti/
