We have installed the plugin “Thrive Comments” on our website, but it doesn’t seem to be working, and, in the “comments” section the default WP system is used.
The support team from Thrive Themes told us that the problem is caused by the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. Once deactivated the Thrive Comments plugin starts working properly. They recommended us contacting you as they can’t help.
Can you please assist us?

Unfortunately Thrive plugin is an untested plugin and is not covered by the support team due to our support policy. You can convert your pages in order to remove the dependencies that standard pack has and then you can deactivate it.

Hi Vlad,
It makes sense, but when we de-activate the TagDiv composer, the theme won’t let us log into the “settings”—it’s like the TagDiv composer gets de-activated as well.
Any ideas on that?

That is because TagDiv Composer is a MUST have plugin in order to run the newspaper theme, that is why the theme panel will become unavailable.
