Hi,
we are using Thrive Leads and there quiz for lead generation. The quiz is not working on landing pages built with thrive.
The developer writes:
“There are some javascript errors on the page related to the Newspaper theme
– this is what’s causing the quiz to not load:
https://www.screencast.com/t/tbOLfAgG Switching to an unedited wp theme, the quiz loads properly.
The problem is in the following javascript file:
wp-content/themes/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_div.js
and it’s caused by the fact that headerResize variable is undefined. The fix
would be to check if $( ‘#header-outer’ ) exists before retrieving the
‘data-header-reseize’) attribute. The Landing Pages built with TCB do not have
any of the html from the theme templates, and this is why that element does
not exist.
Please contact Newspaper developers and ask them to apply the fix – you
can provide the tech details posted above.”

Unfortunately, notice that our theme has not been tested with this type of plugin and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry! If you want that plugin to work with our theme, you should edit our js code and adapt this plugin to our product what it implies to do some custom work and we cannot provide this type of services because we cannot offer support and custom implementation for untested plugins, sorry!
