I’ve checked your site and noticed that the thumbs are not properly generated: http://screencast.com/t/b6bntwqieDHI Try to regenerate your thumbnails following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ clear all caches then test again.
Also you can increase images quality by changing the compression rate of wp. Here you can find more details in this regard: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/fix-jpeg-compression/ Note that if you change the compressing you also have to regenerate the thumbs so the changes take effect.

You’re still using re-sized images on modules as can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/hXwlWHtG0 however they seems to be displayed fine on my side. A link to image’s thumb used on module should look like here: http://screencast.com/t/PYOFydsbG
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again.
