why does the thumbnail image not appear (http://prntscr.com/ku7aaq) but we can still use the image but the image does not appear (http://prntscr.com/ku7cl0). To appear requires repeated refresh.
we have used regenerate thumbnail but an error message appears.(http://prntscr.com/ku7cr4)

Hi,
The thumbnails seem to be missing in the media library. Regenerating or checking the uploads folder permissions is recommended in this case from what I can find online

Also contact your hosting provider and ask them to take a look if there are any issues with the uploads folder.
