Hi,
If you want to show that image in post you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer and insert an icon ->https://www.screencast.com/t/4wTinw9h or a single image and upload in media library you own image, after that set the single post template on posts.
