Hi! I have a question. So I’ve noticed that when adding the theme and such, all of the images on the homescreen (the default block setup) preserve their shape in the thumbnail spots. Soon after however, all of them are cut off and cropped (usually cutting off the left and right sides). Any idea why that’s happening? They look perfect before the cutoff, which makes them look horrible.

Do you run some plugin for tumbnails regeneration before theme switch?
I ran the thumbnail regeneration plugin once I switched the theme over. It’s still having this issue

Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge your CDN files if you use and try it again. Notice, please install only the plugins which comes bundle with our theme. Also, if you are using a natural small images, you can use a plugin to upscale, like Upscale Thumbnails plugin. Please try these suggestions and if after this the problem is still there, let us know.

Thanks for your reply! I only have a couple of plugins in total, and it looks like they are on your official supported plugins list. Is the issue.
Are the little thumbnails on the homepage supposed to get cropped off? As I said before, for some reason when I switch it over right off all of them fit perfectly – Then as I refresh they start getting cropped off. It’s very strange, I’d be happy to provide a screenshot if that would make it easier for you to help me.
