Thumbnails – fix strange looking images on blocks

Thumbnails on the homepage grid doesnt resize.

i have tried installing thumbnails scale, Thumbnails regen, custom css.

I have read the forums for solutions but still unable to fix it.

Needs help.

i am not sure if i have tried the custom css correctly. Can some one say which file to edit and where i have to add the code?

NVM, i fixed it myself.

For those of you having image sizing problems, disable any cache plugins before fixing this problem.

adding thumbnail upscale and thumbnail regen fixed the sizing and the performance.
