Thumbnails on tags not showing up

Thumbnails are not showing up on tags, eg on -> https://kenyannews.co.ke/tag/corona-virus-update/

But when logged in the thumbnails are showing up, but when logged out the thumbnails on tags do not show up

Hi,

I just checked these thumbs and the images seems to be encrypted -> https://i.imgur.com/nxVO79n.png this is most probably for some plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The above is the url of the image, what makes you think it’s encrypted yet on homepage, categories and posts – all thumbnails are showing well.

I had cleared all cache, deactivated plugins.

Your answers are poorly researched and I have never gotten a satisfying answer from you.

Like you see the image url is encrypted, is possible that our theme to not recognize it.
