Thumbnails still not working in blocks even after regeneration

Hi Newspaper team,

So I’ve got issues with the thumbnails being strange sizes. All of the thumbnail settings are set to “on” in the theme panel, and I’ve tried thumbnail regeneration per the suggestion here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

I don’t have Super Cache installed so I don’t think that’s the issue, but I’m not sure where else I can look to fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

I should add that in particular I’m using Blocks 11 & 14 and Big Grid 3.

Hi,

In case that your thumbnails are not properly generated, please make sure GD Library is installed and enabled on your server – http://php.net/manual/en/book.image.php
If you use CDN please disable it and also the other plugins except Visual Composer and regenerate your thumbs again.
Also provide a link to your site so we can take a look.
