Hello,
My website stopped displaying the thumbnails when users are logged in, including the administrators. People not logged in can see everything normally, but is very difficult to manage the website not being able to see the images from below, or preview the posts.
We have regenerated the thumbnails and restored the website many times. Doesn’t work.
Maybe there is an option for this we have to uncheck in the theme settings?

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Thanks for the reply. The issue seems to be Jetpack in WordPress but not using it is not an option. How could I fix such conflict?
Specifically, issue is with the Jetpack Booster

There should be some settings that overwrite our theme thumbs. Please address this issue with their support.
