I tried to put this widger in toppage by composer
But it does not appear.

This seems to be an error.
Does anyone know why this problem come?

Try to add that code into a RAW HTML element from TD Composer. It seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fYGluOVIVR3z
