Hi, can you please advise when the TikTok and YouTube counter refresh updates will be coming. Neither of mine have updated for several months.

Hello Paul,
Usually, the social counter should update once in 1-2 days, depending on your cache plugin. If this was not yet updated, make sure that you do not have set a fixed count set. If the problem persists, please contact us at contact@tagiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link to this topic in the email.
