The timezone and theme panel including the weather is dissapeared from my theme panel and now my ssl certificate is ‘expired’ and I can’t restore it

Please make sure you have the tagdiv Standard Pack plugin activate, and you can find them in Theme Panel -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/BDRVpXn.png
