Tips box won't close

The tips box attached to the Classic Mode/Backend Editor button won’t go away, any tips?

Hi davidspelvin,

Please make sure you are using the Visual Composer plugin that comes bundled with our theme. Also please check to reset in Visual Composer-General Settings->Guide Tours, like this: http://screencast.com/t/7IKku0Bz
If the problem is still there, please let me know.
