How can I increase the number of characters in a title?

I hope you dont tell me to add code. I’m not that smart 😉

There is no need to add any code to increase the number of characters displayed in posts titles. You can do that from theme panel > excerpts: http://screencast.com/t/999k0KLh You need to increase the indicated number for each module used in blocks on your pages.
