I use responsive option for my website (no mobile tagdiv plugin) , when I change the police font/ size in computer it works but in cell phone It is not reponsive, can you help ?
I don’t want to use mobile tagdiv plugin it is very complicated.

I do not see where is the problem, the font is look good on mobile and is display the same font style.
If you have set this only on some elements please provide some more details and some screenshots.

I think your Cell phone is bigger, on iphone 7 it is the same police.
when I turn the phone horizontally , it will show the same police as computer.
Please help I want people to see that police on small phones …
ad it is the same for police size I can’t change on phone also.

Yes, setting the smartphone on horizontally the height of screen will be the width, that is way the layout will be lake for a device that has that wight, this is the way that are working all themes for all devices, you can not force on LANDSCAPE the size of phones, because in most of cases this is at list double.

I can not find the the “police” on your website, but if this was set using tagDiv Composer, then it can be adjusted using tagDiv Composer, for example -> https://i.imgur.com/RNluSCE.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Vupmg6z.png also if this was set using theme panel or standard templates, this can be set from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/2KzqbAD.png
