I would liked to have long title in the main story from block 1. After I don’t know how many characters … is added automatically. Is it possible to not cut the title even if it is long or to manage the number of characters before the … ?
Another question : even if the article starts with bold words they are shown as roman in blocks, is it normal ?

You can control the title lengths for every block from the excerpts section: http://screencast.com/t/7BZUN5S3FNiw
The blocks have their own formatting so they will not take the formatting of the post titles. They only grab the post text, but not fonts, formats or colors from the post itself.

Unfortunately css cannot do that. Css cannot grab another element’s css. That is done through other means (hard-coding). Unfortunately the theme has no setting to grab the styling of the post title for it’s modules and blocks. you can change the general styling though from the fonts section: http://screencast.com/t/gK0JinUtj
