Hello,
I have a problem with the title tag for my website when I check with the site operator in google.
If I check the site:website-url then I can see a few URLs have added additional keywords at the end of the title. But if you check this in code you can’t find that.

I check Yoast settings and I believe everything is fine there.
Please let me know what should I do to resolve this issue.

You can set the title and description of your website using the Yoast SEO plugin, which can be different than your page title: https://yoast.com/features/meta-descriptions/
