Hello, I contact you because I would like to delete the template of “Latest Articles” on my homepage of my theme Newspaper but I can not find in the list “model” on the right (photo attached) the way to remove. Could you help me please? Thank you in advance.

Here is my website: https://2paclegacy.fr
Hi,
So you want to actually delete the template? That would be unusual, why would that be required? If that is what you want it will probably require that you delete the actual file from the theme

Hello and thank you for your answer. I do not want to delete the entire model entirely from the homepage but just the “Latest Articles” because on my right bar as I show on the image, it is impossible to change. And if I want to leave it, the trouble is that as soon as I come to add something on the page and well the “latest articles” comes at the bottom of the site and it is impossible to adjust its position.
Hi,
I think I understand now, so you want to remove the latest article section from the page. This section will always appear at the bottom of the page, when the template is selected.
You can remove it by changing the page template to a different one, like the default template. I think that is what you want to do.
Yes that’s exactly it. I tried yesterday and it had not worked. Today it seems to work so very well. Otherwise, how would you like to make the sidebar on the right sticky (which it also despairs) when we go deeper into our pages?
Thank you.
Changing the page template should always work, select the one you want and update the page.
If the page doesn’t change, then most likely it’s a form of caching. Either server cache if you have one, or a caching plugin, or even browser cache (force refresh the page Ctrl+Shift+R).
Changing the template from the latest articles, will remove the latest articles and it’s sidebar. Only the content you entered in the page will be shown.
Yesterday it worked normally. I do not know why it did not work before but hey it’s back to normal. Another quick question, do you know how to make his sidebar widgets sticky like my menu bar at the top? That is to say that when we go down a page that it descends in some way with us too?
Hello,
The sidebars can be made sticky by using this feature: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Thank you!
I tried to follow this tutorial but it does not work. My sidebar is still not going down.
That guide has to be updated, now the columns can be made sticky with this option
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rw9X9wNkZIe
The theme panel setting has to be active for this to work

Each column has the sticky setting, check it and the columns should be sticky.
