[toc] does not appear when writing a post.

I just checked the website and it looks that it is working for other posts that have more H -> https://verywellinfor.com/free-mp3-song-download-sites-2021/ on this post https://verywellinfor.com/30s-man-dress-shopping-mall/ you have only two H2 and it is possible that the limit to be bigger -> https://i.imgur.com/mhZ4J0A.png
