I don’t use all these fonts in the page. Why they load? How to “unload” them? I use Roboto as a font and for the menu icon I use font-awesome.

Hello!
What theme version are you running ? This may be due to the different options of fonts that you use. This may be happening because you are having multiple variants of font. Roboto Bold, Roboto Italic, etc.
