How do we get the top bar to have a black line full width across the top of the screen like in the demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Our version the black background only stretches the width on the main content container (which we want to keep non-full width)

I suspect you use a background image or a background color for your site in which case a boxed layout is set for your site which limits the top menu within the main content so in order to have the full width menu you have to remove the background image/color or use another implementation to make the top menu full (you need custom work for that and we suggest you hire freelancer to do it for you if you don’t have coding experience, you can find on on site’s like: http://studio.envato.com/).

Can you please explain why bg image/color removal is mandatory for full width bars ?
Can you also suggest a css workaround ? This has worked in the old version. I need a full-width top-bar on the website and removing background is not an option.
