Yes, you can add the top bar menu, if you have a header template and you can add it with tagDiv Composer -> https://we.tl/t-rPavHG09oJ

It it possible with WPBakery page builder? Because all the pages are builted with this builder!

Unfortunately, with WPBakery I don’t think you can.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-can-i-update-wpbakery-page-builder-2/ we recommend using tagDiv Composer, our page builder.

Thank! But I like WPBakery page builder because it is more simple and intuitive when we are multiple persons to work with a site with different capacities.
