When I click on the email that’s sent to reset the password, the link leads to WP’s generic “lost password” page with a notice that says the reset password link is expired and WP’s generic “loss password” asks for my email again. When that sends a new link, that link actually works.
I’ve tried it multiple times. For some reason the link sent through the TD’s “loss password” keeps getting the message that it’s expired.

I suspect it may come from a plugin conflict, please try to disable all plugins except for Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there.
