I have 2 small issues. First of all, I have to tell you that I searched on this forum but I couldn’t find my answers.
1st – I do not know how to add the top menu (not the main one)
If I’m trying to add a new element, it just broke the full header. It adds the menu under the top section. The menu should be between the date and social media icons. See image 
2nd – I cannot change the width of the header. I changed it for the content, but I cannot for the header. I would like to be 1400px.
I cannot give you the link to the website because the site is under maintenance mode so is useless.

Now I have another small issue.
I want to disable “Recent comments” from the sidebar of the articles.
I couldn’t find this option. I can do it only manually for every article, but this is not an option.

If you use the element called “Recent comments” and you use the same single cloud template for your articles, then you can edit just an article and delete the element and it will disappear from all your posts.
