Top Header Not showing in mobile or tab page

Hi Team,

The top header menu with the login/register option isn’t showing up on the mobile and tab page version.
The desktop version top header menu is not full scale.
and
isn’t there a way where people can register with their facebook or twitter id. Please help me out.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to sign in/register with facebook or twitter id.
