Hi,
Unfortunately I can not speak English so well and ask for your understanding.
And that’s about the top header of the logon function. I only see the profile picture and the logout button. Usually the user name is displayed in between.

Hello !
Please provide a link to your website in order to inspect. Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
