Already I to try to setup and show top menu but it does not show? So please send me details how can I show it?

Hello webcrit,
Please notice that if you want to display your Top menu for your mobile theme, it is not possible because the top bar container was removed to mobile theme layout. So, in other cases, it should appear as properly. Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
If you problem is still there and if you need further assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
