The top menu doesn’t work even after having cleared all the cache.
What could it be?

Please ensure that you have activated this feature from your panel. For more information about this feature, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/ Also, please try without any untested plugins which could interact with our theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

The Speed Booster was the problem, once disabled, everything works correctly.
The plugins I have installed are , pretty link, WP super cache and an optimized images plugin.

Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Also, please notice that our speed booster was been tested with entire theme and work as expected. Please check other untested plugins because these can interact with the theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues.
