On the website http://mysleepapnea DOT net/
In the top of the screen there is a black bar that has categories such as trends, fashion, my pics, buy now.
How can I change these to new categories and pages such as about us, contact us etc…

Hi,
That is the top bar menu and can be configured just like any other menu, in Appearance->Menus – https://www.screencast.com/t/QuqIcmS57Wv Also you can further configure it as explained in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/
