Since updating to 12.6.5 the ToTop button seemed to be docked to the top of the page. Screenshot:
Seemed to be affecting all large displays (cross browser). Unaffected by disabling various plugins.
I fixed it in Theme Panel by turning ToTop button display off, saving, changing from default to progress circle, saving, and back to default, saving, and finally turning ToTop display back on, saving.
Might have been just a fluke on my side, but thought I’d post just in case it happened to anyone else.

Hi,
Yes, it seems that this button has some issues, but if the settings from the theme panel are saved, the issue is resolved.

Same here, this solution worked.
(don’t forget to flush all cache peepz)
