Transaltion for Hot News

I translate the web to spanish and it works good.
But the sidebar items of “HOT NEWS” and “MOST POPULAR”, still apear in english, how can I change those texts?

They don’t appear in translations, look here:

On the right side bar there are two sections “MOST POPULAR” and “HOT NEWS”, I want to translate those titles.
