Now we want to transfer it “Live” to http://WWW.domain.com.
If we do that, the template becomes deactivated and all its settings are lost.
Tried to export its settings from BETA and import them to WWW, not working properly.
Is there any solution for keeping the settings?

Cand facem asta, template-ul se dezactiveaza. Se poate reactiva cu acelasi cod insa nu pierde serarile.
Incercat sa exportam setarile din BETA si sa le incarcam in WWW, fara succes (template-ul e audomat dezactivat la import de setari din BETA in WWW, reactivare inseamna stergere de setari).
Aveti vreo solutie pentru a pastra totusi setarile? S-a muncit ceva la ele.
I use the DUPLICATOR plugin for stuff like this as it can make a package, and then copy dbase, then update everything in WP to the new location. Very slick.
Obviously you should have backups of everything before attempting, but not really theme related, so best to search online for various tutorials related to “moving WordPress.”
This is specifically a theme related problem. Everything works just fine, except transferring the theme settings to the new URL. When is detects the transfer, the theme deactivates itself. Every activation also resets the settings.
I tried to reset the key on BETA subdomain before exporting and transferring the settings to WWW, it still doesn’t work.
Well, works for me when I use DUPLICATOR. Your mileage may vary.

You are receiving support from the tagDiv staff as well, do not worry :). The support is here present and accounted for. We answer every message from oldest to newest. We usually respond in 24h tops except for the weekend but this depends on the amount of messages we have. If there are lots and lots of requests the answer can come a bit late because we did not manage to respond to everyone up to your topic. Having lots of replies back and forth also influences the response as the topic gets fresher on each reply.
Now for the matter at hand. If the export and import of the theme settings does not work properly, it probably means one of the 2 processes is not working properly. Most likely the import.
This can be caused by plugin conflicts, memory allocation, hosting file permissions or a number of different causes that can prevent the theme from importing settings.
1) please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
