This appears to increase the CLS of the Core Web Vitals.
My header menu is also displayed after a few seconds.

Please check if you have this option enable => https://prnt.sc/100zhci if yes please disable it and see the effect.

The block I am referring to is “Header main menu”.

Please check if this option is enabled “Drop menu items in More”, if yes please disable it from Header Main Menu-> General -> Drop menu items in More => https://www.screencast.com/t/atQU3lVxD and check the results.
