I have an issue where the transition wipe was turned off, and since yesterday started showing again.

At the moment – I have it turned of via CSS.
Could you please let me know how to turn off completely / via theme settings.

Hi,
That flesh/slide of background color is not from theme, usually is from some plugins, or it can be from rocket loader.
Please set the rocket loader to off like in our guide ->https://tagdiv.com/how-to-set-up-cloudflare-cdn/
Please clear all cache after you change the settings.
