I’m looking to translate all options of the Newspaper theme
is it possible ? If yes where is it?

Hello,
You can translate them from Theme Panel -> Translations -> Translations -> https://i.imgur.com/ezhjmLq.png and the title of the blocks or other elements you need to edit the pages/templates with tagDiv Composer to change the translation.
