I need to translate the backend, especially the information of “post settings”, what is the best way to do this?

Hi,
Unfortunately the Theme Panel of Newspaper theme can not be translated from the theme settings; if you want to translate it, you’ll have to edit the code to do so; unfortunately if you make an update all those changes will be lost.
