when a user requests a new password, he gets an email in English. I intend that this email is in Portuguese. How can I do it?

The reset password email it’s sent by WordPress and its content and language it’s also managed by the platform. The theme can’t control this content so you will need some customizations in WordPress core files or a plugin with a specific feature to translate that email.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend a plugin because we didn’t test one, also I can’t provide a solution for this as it is a complex task which require lots of customizations and tests. If you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.
