Translating "AT" in comments time

Could you please include this in Translation section of theme or use WordPress time function so its in WP language natively, now its fixed in php and I have to translate it manually by altering file.

It is here in file newspaper\includes\wp_booster\comments.php:
<time pubdate="<?php echo $td_article_date_unix ?>"><?php comment_date() ?> at <?php comment_time() ?></time>

Hello,
I would like a help on how to change the writing to COMMENTS at the end of my articles for example, shows in English the words LEAVE A REPLY, COMMENT: NAME: … how do I change these terms in Portuguese or any other language? Where do I edit these names? Thank you.

Thanks, I had done this change before, but as I reinstalled the theme, I thought it had not changed, thanks for the help.
