Translation not loading

Hi guys,

I can’t translate the site with the built-in translator, it seems to load, but nothing happens. I use the latest version: 7.7 of the theme.

Two days ago I already sent an Email to contact@tagdiv.com with login information but no one reacted so far. Perhaps it was filtered as junk.
