Translation not loading – Security Error

Hello guys,

When trying to load a translations from the Theme Panel none is loaded.

I dig into network requests and got the admin-ajax.php return (once clicked on “Load translation” button and “Yes” button on confirmation dialog).

The response for this request is a html file that talks about security check, look the image below:

Anyone can help with this?

Hi,

You could wait for a while and try again later. I have tried loading a translation at this moment, there is no problem with it. Let us know if there still is a problem.

Hello,

I tried again now and it stucks on the same error.
I’m trying to load a translation since a week ago with same problem.
That’s why I opened this ticket.

Maybe my host’s IP is blacklisted by your servers?
BTW my host is Locaweb (www.locaweb.com.br) and my website is http://www.pubg.com.br

We could take a look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Mention which translation you want to load. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
