i’m trying to upload the Romanian translation but when i hit save settings the little squares start circling but nothing happens. They just circle and the theme is still in english.
I once let them roll for 15 minutes and still nothing happened.

Check the console to see if you have some errors, and also try deactivating all plugins except Visual Composer, clear the cache and test again.
