Hello,
I ve selected the language file of my language. Nice its available.
Were can I change the nameof the months? e.g. december EN should be in French language: decembre?

Where exactly do you want to change the month names?
Localization of the month name is determined directly by the WordPress engine. So that the months were displayed in French, it is necessary to set by default the French language in the admin panel of WordPress.
For WordPress 4.1 or later, you can install language packs directly from the Admin back-end at any time. WordPress will download them and switch the admin back-end to that language. Navigate to Settings > General > Site Language and select from the list of available languages.
