Hi,

I’m trying to translate my theme by following these steps:
Theme panel > Translations > Portuguese > Load translation

Nothing happens and the translation is not confirmed. In previous versions of the Newspaper I had already used this tool successfully. But now it does not work anymore.

WP version 4.6.1
NP version 7.4

Hello,

There is a strange issue in the current version of the theme regarding the translation and we have not yet been able to identify what exactly affects the translations. We got quite a few reports of this issue but each time we logged in to our users that reported this, we were able to change the translation without errors on our first try. But not being able to see the error we are not able to provide an answer to what exactly causes this issue. Maybe it;s a browser setting…we cannot say for sure. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
