Greetings,
I am trying to change the available translations on theme panel as show in the videos.
The problem is that while my language has an available translate and is supported (not google translate) when I click to select it nothing happens. The translations tab does not drop down like in video or anything.
I tried both on google chrome and firefox, disabled my adblock. Still nothing
I have the latest release of the theme and no other problems whatsoever
Thanks in advance
Hello Robotakis,
If you are using the https URL, please try to follow the next steps for your Translations. Try to load your desired translation from panel and then you can see in left corner of your browser, an icon with a shield and then try to Load unsafe scripts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/aLm2aAFv5
Also, if your problem is still there, please try to translate manually your strings from the theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/s6bfE5NI6t
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Unfortunatelly loading scripts is enabled, I will give it another try from home and if that doesn’t work either I will go with the manual translations.
Thanks
Could this have to do with Chrome deprecate synchronous XMLHTTPRequests / ajax calls? I dont see any similarities but just saying.
I ‘ve attached a screenshot with some insight
Hi Robotakis i’ve thinging about the same thing … but other browser fails too …
Another way to investigate the issue, i’ve spot that api.tagdiv.com is very slow responding from ping’ / tracert
Perhaps is there temporary routing problem betwen some ISP / CDN and tagdiv server ?
It could explain why all is working when TagDiv staff try to load the tranlation from their own location …
my 2 cent…

We do have a few topics with the same problem and it worked for us every time. It could be something local. A firewall, a specific host, a specific browser extension or even ISP as @jiyef mentioned. We have ot been able to identify the issue for now. We requested access for each case in particular so we can inspect why this happens but we came out empty handed. The translations worked properly on our first try and no errors were provided. We will be able to load the translations for you if you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com but please provide as many details as possible so we can come up with something in common for all these reported cases. Please specify your host, ISP/cdn, firewall, anti-virus, extensions, anything that can help us trace this issue so we can help other people as well. Maybe we can pin-point this thing.
Thank you!
