Translations function doesn't work

Hi tagDiv people,

I’m using translations function in Japanese(already loaded). I would like to change some translations in Japanese, so I revised some and push “SAVE SETTINGS” but it shows a loading icon circulating forever and it could not be updated. How can I fix it?

Hello nugget,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and then check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, you PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
