Translations Not Saving

Hello,

I’m unable to save any of my translation text. The page just keeps loading and loading and loading.. forever and ever.

Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and check again if you still have this issue.
If you don’t have this issue anymore, activate your plugins one by one and see wich one caused this issue.

Alin,

I have done what you said and even deactivated all of the plugins. I also tried multiple browsers.
It still just keeps loading. Is there another way that I could change the translation text by going into FTP?

Hi,

What theme version do you use? The latest version is 4.6.3 please update you theme is you use an older version following this guide(FTP method) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and also the plugins that come with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder.
Also please use browser inspector tool and check for errors in console when you try to save your translation – http://screencast.com/t/mmIaJQf7

Hi,

Please contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as you also figured out it is server issue – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#5xx_Server_Error
